Everything is carefully packed and shipped from my home studio in Pottsville, NSW, Australia.
Processing Times
Art/Photography Prints Usually ships within 2-3 Business days. Every order is printed personally in my studio on demand.
Premium Collectible Dolls May take 2-3 weeks to send due to the delicate nature of the dolls. Customised boxes are made as soon as the order is placed and require a lot of hand made work that may be time consuming due to the added details it requires.
Everything Else Ships within 1-2 business days

Expected Delivery Time
Delivery times vary according to location. Please note the following are estimates only and are subject to change according to the rules and regulations of other countries due to varied customs and duty laws etc.
Australia Most items arrive within 2 weeks. Capital cities are usually faster than rural, remote, or regional locations.
USA Allow 2-3 weeks for items to arrive
Rest of the World 4-6+ weeks
How We ship our Products:
Doll Orders are shipped Standard Mail via Australia Post WITH tracking, unless you have made other arrangements or choose the Sendle option. A faster shipping method can be arranged at buyer's expense.
Printed Goods are sent regular ECONOMY mail via Australia Post (No tracking) with the exception of larger prints (A4) which are sent in a mailing tube WITH tracking.
