Ayodhya

This collection includes Gopi Doll characters from the Ramayana - Specifically in the Kingdom of Ayodhya - The birth place of Lord Rama - the son of King Dasaratha and Queen Kaushalya . Lord Rama married Sita and they  became the King and Queen of Ayodhya.

Ayodhya is a present day city in India, situated on the banks of the Sarayu river in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
